Volunteer Management
Information System (VMIS)
South Sudan Red Cross (SSRC), 2025: For over three
years, Dynamic Consult Ltd has been a trusted
technology partner of the South Sudan Red Cross
(SSRC), tasked with developing, integrating, and
managing the Volunteer Management Information
System (VMIS). VMIS is a robust digital platform
designed to streamline the registration, management,
and coordination of volunteers across the country.
Prior to its implementation, SSRC relied on Microsoft
Excel spreadsheets to manage a database of over 2,000
volunteers nationwide. With the deployment of the
VMIS, volunteer managers can now efficiently add,
edit, and oversee volunteer data through a centralized
and secure system — significantly enhancing
operational efficiency, data accuracy, and
organizational reporting capabilities
GBV Info Sys
Ministry of Gender, Child and Social Welfare 2024:
Through the support of UNFPA, Dynamic Consult Ltd was
contracted to study, understand, develop, roll out and
maintenance the GBV Info Sys. Which is an automated
GBV information system developed for the purpose of
collecting GBV data from specific GBV safe centers
spread throughout the country. Before its development
the Ministry of Gender, Child and Social Welfare did not
have a functioning system but used excel data
collections tools and other non-government
information systems. When it is a centralized system,
the Ministry is able to streamline its processes, control
over itsdata and ensure privacy of data.
